With my recent posts being about the development of my Macedonian Successor army, you might be forgiven for thinking there's been nothing happening in the main project: namely, the 18th century Pils-Holstein collection.
Just to allay those fears... here's a couple of shots of Prussian and Pils-Holstein forces ...
There are more Prussians receiving attention from David Jarvis' paint brush in time for Christmas, plus I've got some French arriving from Mark Allen at any moment. Meanwhile, I'm working on more French ancillary stuff (wagons and general "back-of-table" paraphenalia), and some cavalry conversions too, for both sides.
Photos of some of that soon...
Nice photos, the collection is building up ...
ReplyDeleteYes indeed! You have a real museum piece there, Phil. Wonderful stuff!
ReplyDeleteBest Regards,

Nice, very nice!
ReplyDeleteWonderful to see these lads out and about again Phil.
ReplyDeleteWonderful collection that you are developing, looking forward to seeing more.

Thank you for your comments. Much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteI don't always post stuff that's happening with this collection, but I'm very pleased at how it's coming along.
Phil
Looking very, very nice, Phil.
ReplyDeleteGood to see what you are getting up to in the 18th century again, Phil. That's a very smart looking force, especially effective against your subtly coloured terrain mat.

Thanks Chris
ReplyDeleteInteresting you should mention the terrain mat. It was only ever a temporary measure...
It's on my list to be replaced by home made terrain sometime in the next year or so.
Cheers
Phil
