Yesterday's post was, as most of you guessed, an April Fool post.
And I'm delighted that the fact that you rumbled it straight away showed two things...
1. You, the readers of this blog, are very intelligent and smart.
2. I'm a very bad liar.
Both these are good things.
Have a great day!
I enjoyed it, just what was needed in these times
ReplyDeleteA morale booster Will. We all need some of that. Best regards. Phil
DeleteAgreed, good fun. You almost had me though.
ReplyDeleteBest Regards,
Stokes
I'm sure you 'figured' (excuse the pun) it out fairly quickly Stokes. Best regards. Phil
DeleteIt would have been shocking! There are some very old fantasy figures in that box. Did I saw Minifigs skeletons?
ReplyDeleteYes indeed. They were from the minifigs Valley of the Four Winds range. There's the old bell tower and all sorts in there. Best regards. Phil
DeleteA little humour goes a long way in times like this. Keep safe Phil and should you ever decide to go over to the dark side put me in the front of the queue for your (not really) WSS collection please.
ReplyDeleteHi, Phil. A great lark!
ReplyDeleteWhen I started to read, I did wonder if the isolation was getting to you, then looked at the date..I was on my way to work, though.
There are some great old figures in your box of memories that strike a chord with my early days of gaming too. I still treasure my old Minifigs and the Aureola Rococo range, and the early Citadel (before Games Workshop) figures that I bought in the Nottingham store! Unfortunately, many of these have succumbed to the dreaded lead rot!
Very glad to hear that normal service has been resumed, though I confess Oathmark does sound interesting.....Oh NO ...that darned butterfly again!!
Keep safe & well, Best wishes, Rohan.
